The first appointment gives you the opportunity for a 'taster session' after which you can consider whether counselling/my style is what you are looking for. It gives me the opportunity to find out what you are hoping for from counselling and to give you some feedback on possible ways forward.
Appointments are normally available on weekday evenings and weekends
